How much does a website really cost at OurPlan?

Four fixed-price packages: CHF 3,150 (Essential Showcase), CHF 4,900 (Pro Showcase), CHF 7,000 (SaaS Pro), CHF 7,700 (E-Commerce Pro). PWAs start at CHF 4,800, native apps at CHF 13,500, back-end at CHF 110/h. No subscription. No hidden fees.

Do you really own the code?

Yes, entirely. At delivery, the GitHub repository is transferred to your account. The code is commented, documented, and can be taken over by any technical team. No licence, no lock-in.

Who pays for hosting, domain, and emails?

You do, directly to the providers (Vercel, Supabase, Cloudflare, your registrar). OurPlan sets everything up but takes no margin on these costs. In practice, costs run around CHF 10 to 25 per month depending on traffic.

What if we want to modify the site later?

The dashboard lets you modify texts, images, and blog articles yourself, without calling us. For technical changes: hourly work (CHF 100–130/h), or a monthly maintenance contract.

How long exactly for my project?

Between 4 and 8 weeks depending on the package. The precise timeline is defined during the (free) discovery phase. Each stage has a validated deliverable before moving to the next.

Is OurPlan an agency or a person?

One person operating under a brand. Paul Noorman manages the full cycle: design, development, delivery. For specific skills, he relies on a network of trusted freelancers. One point of contact from start to finish.

Is the dashboard really free forever?

Yes. No subscription, no licence. Hosted on your infrastructure. If you want more features later, a Premium module is available at CHF 600/year.

Why not a no-code platform?

Because you never truly own your site with those solutions. Well-known platforms lock you into their ecosystem: your site only exists as long as you keep paying. Code delivered by OurPlan is free, performant, and migratable anywhere.

How does a project start?

A free discovery session (30 to 60 minutes, via video call or in person). Then a detailed quote. If confirmed, 40% deposit on signing, 60% on delivery. No commitment until the quote is signed.
