Showcase site for a therapeutic massage therapist in the Veveyse region, with integrated online booking.
Context
Anne Noorman is a therapeutic massage therapist based in Châtel-Saint-Denis. She offers reflexotherapy, MEBP technique, Ayurvedic and personalised treatments at her Veveyse practice.
Her old site, hosted on Weebly, had been built several years earlier. It did the job, but lacked visual consistency, information hierarchy, and wasn't adapted to modern mobile usage. Above all, the appointment booking system was disconnected from the site, creating unnecessary friction in the user journey.
Approach
The project was approached in three stages: rethink the visual identity without breaking the trust built with existing clients, natively integrate OneDoc booking into the journey, and create a CMS structure that lets Anne manage her blog independently.
The visual direction favoured warm, earthy tones evoking nature and wellbeing, without falling into generic "spa lifestyle" codes. Plenty of space, authentic photos of the practice, and sober typography that lets the content breathe.
Result
The new site has been live since late 2024. Appointment booking happens directly from any page, with no external redirect. The blog is now maintained by Anne herself, without technical intervention.
Client feedback was immediate: fewer questions about services offered, stronger perceived trust, and a rise in online bookings in the first months post-launch.
