I lead, AI joins the team.
I use AI every day, from the first sketch to launch. I run it like a team: I set the direction, it speeds things up, I check everything. That is how I deliver complete projects on my own, from showcase websites to apps.

Claude, Codex and Antigravity write the front end, back end and database with me. Every line is reviewed and approved before going live.

I write my own AI skills: design rules that keep each project consistent, and security audits that run on the code before every delivery.

Why OurPlan exists
Swiss SMEs deserve a website they truly own.
I started web development out of curiosity, building personal projects from scratch with Next.js and Supabase.
Working on client projects, I kept seeing the same pattern: websites hosted on platforms clients don't really own, monthly subscriptions for basic features.
OurPlan was born from that frustration. The simple idea: deliver modern, high-performance websites with the source code transferred to the client at delivery. No hidden subscriptions. No lock-in.
Today I work solo: one point of contact from brief to delivery, for Swiss SMEs and institutions who want a website they truly own.

What guides the work
Four principles, non-negotiable.
Ownership, not rental.
Every site I deliver belongs entirely to the client. Source code transferred, hosting in their name, no dependency on OurPlan.
Precision as a commitment.
Fixed prices. Deadlines kept. Deliverables defined before each stage. Precision is respect for the client's time and money.
Performance as the standard.
Lighthouse 100 isn't an aspirational goal, it's the floor. A slow site is a failed site.
A single point of contact.
No project manager, no relay. I meet the client, design the site, write it, deliver it. Start to finish.
