Process

From idea
to live website.

Four stages. A validated deliverable at each step. No surprises.

Stage 01

Discovery

Before writing a single line of code, we understand the project in its entirety.

  • Scoping interview (30–60 min, video call or on-site in Châtel-Saint-Denis)
  • Audit of existing: performance, accessibility, UX, tech stack
  • Exact scope definition: pages, features, integrations, timelines
Validated technical brief
Stage 02

Design

Before coding, you see exactly what you'll receive. Every screen, every state.

  • Art direction: palette, typography, spacing, visual tone
  • High-fidelity mockups with real content (Desktop + Mobile)
  • Prototyping of transitions, hovers and form states in Figma
Validated Figma mockups
Stage 03

Assembly

The code. The database. The integrations. Built on approved mockups, without deviation.

  • Front-end Next.js / React / TypeScript, reusable and documented components
  • Back-end Supabase (PostgreSQL + Row Level Security) — secure by construction
  • Admin dashboard delivered configured from Vitrine Pro
  • Cross-browser tests · Lighthouse 100 target before staging
Testable staging
Stage 04

Launch

Deployment, ownership transfer, training. You leave fully autonomous.

  • Deployment on your Vercel account, your domain name, your DNS
  • GitHub repo transferred to your account with full README
  • Dashboard training (30 min) — edit your content without coding
  • Technical documentation: architecture, env, deployment, providers
Live site + documentation
Commitments

What we
commit to.

Validated deliverable at each stage

No stage starts without written validation of the previous one. You never discover a bad surprise at delivery.

Precise schedule from day one

The timeline is fixed at the brief. Each week has a defined objective. No gaps in the schedule.

One single point of contact

From brief to delivery, you communicate with me. No project manager, no relay.

Delays attributable to the client

If you're slow to validate, the deadline pauses without penalty. The timeline resumes when you're available.

What happens if I change my mind during the project?

+

Minor changes (texts, colours, adjustments) are absorbed at no extra cost during Assembly. Scope changes are covered by a contract amendment, validated before development.

I don't have my content yet. Can we start anyway?

+

Yes. Discovery and early Design can proceed with placeholder content. But final mockups and development require real texts and images. A content delivery schedule is set at the brief.

How many rounds of visual feedback are included?

+

Two feedback cycles are included on Figma mockups. For projects with many pages or complex art direction, this number can be adjusted in the quote.

What happens after delivery if I have a problem?

+

30 to 90 days of support included depending on your package, covering technical bugs and anomalies. Beyond that, I'm available hourly (CHF 110/h) or through a monthly maintenance contract.

Why 7 weeks and not less?

+

Because each stage has a minimum incompressible duration to be done well. Discovery can't be rushed, mockups can't be validated in a day. 7 weeks is the minimum to deliver a website without compromising quality.
