OurPlan is an independent activity carried out by Paul Noorman, independent web developer based in Châtel-Saint-Denis, Switzerland.

OurPlan collects only strictly necessary data:

· Contact form and estimator: name, email address, and optional project description. Used solely to respond to your request.

· Navigation data: via Vercel Analytics (anonymised, cookie-free, GDPR/FADP compliant). No individual tracking.

· Hero weather: call to OpenWeather API with the geographic coordinates of Châtel-Saint-Denis. No personal data transmitted.

OurPlan collects no sensitive data and does not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

Data collected is used to:

· Respond to contact and quote requests
· Manage the business relationship (quotes, contracts, invoicing)
· Improve the site user experience (anonymised analytics)

Processing of your data is based on:

· Your consent: when you submit a contact form
· Contract performance: in the context of a development service
· Legitimate interest: anonymised audience measurement

Contact data is retained for the duration of the business relationship, then archived for 5 years under Swiss legal obligations (CO art. 958f), then deleted.

Analytics data is anonymised and retained for 12 months by Vercel.

Your data may be processed by the following technical sub-processors, solely to ensure the site functions:

· Vercel Inc. (hosting, analytics) (USA, privacy policy)
· Supabase Inc. (database) (Singapore, privacy policy)
· OpenWeather (weather data, no personal data) (privacy policy)

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

· Right to rectification: correct inaccurate data
· Right to erasure: request deletion of your data

OurPlan implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data: HTTPS connections, restricted access, database with Row Level Security (RLS), no plaintext password storage.
